Bright and clean wine below <1 NTU of Turbidity without further treatment allowing filtrate wine to move straight to bottling.
Efficiency
With the addition of partial or full automation our filtration solutions can allow for in interrupted production at the push of a button from a trained operator. Our filters including automation require no pre filtration to achieve sterile product that is ready to bottle.
Many of our customers choose remote monitoring to produce wine through the evening/night and then complete CIP during the day to get the most from the plant and features.
Sterility
With our automated crossflow filtration plant we offer 0.2um filtered sterile filtered wine product ready to bottle. Contaminants stay in suspension and are recirculated for further filtration or rejected from the plant. CIP / Rinse Water

Our filtration plant requires minimal operator control / training and can be left unmanned through an entire production batch drastically reducing labour costs. No pre and post filtration is required reducing cost purchasing plant and consumables related to these aids.
