Our traceable calibration services deliver documented verification of your measurement systems' accuracy, ensuring your quality-critical processes perform exactly as intended. By maintaining rigorous calibration standards and comprehensive documentation, we provide the assurance you need that every measurement, every control parameter, and every automated process is operating within specified tolerances.
Why Choose Professional Calibration?
Accurate measurement and control are fundamental to efficient water treatment and process operations. Regular, traceable calibration ensures your instrumentation provides reliable data for process control and compliance reporting.
Our calibration service delivers three key benefits:
Guaranteed Accuracy: All applicable calibrations are performed to UKAS-traceable standards
Full Compliance: Comprehensive documentation supporting regulatory requirements
Process Reliability: Precise instrument performance for optimal process control
How Calibration Works
Base Calibration
Before any client work begins, we ensure our own test equipment is precisely calibrated against verified national standards. This critical first step establishes the foundation for all subsequent measurements and a primary part of the entire process.
Our master equipment undergoes rigorous testing and certification by accredited bodies to maintain the highest possible degree of accuracy. This creates a reliable reference point that can be traced back to national measurement standards.
Client Equipment Calibration
With our own equipment verified, we begin the detailed process of testing and calibrating the client's equipment. This involves taking comprehensive measurements to identify any deviations from standard values, then making precise adjustments to bring the equipment into proper specification. This may also interface with the clients PLC and its scaling values in which we can work with site to ensure uniformity.
Throughout this process, we document all applicable measurement and adjustment, comparing the equipment's performance against established tolerances. This hands-on calibration ensures the client's equipment will provide accurate, reliable measurements in their day-to-day operations.
Certification Issuance
Upon successful completion of the calibration, we compile a detailed certification. This includes comprehensive documentation of measurements taken, adjustments made, and final verified readings. The formal calibration certificate provides evidence that the equipment now meets required standards and specifications.
We also include important details such as the calibration date, methodology used, traceability to national standards, and the crucial next calibration due date. This documentation serves as proof of compliance for quality systems, regulatory requirements, internal audits, customer audits and accreditations such as BRC.
The below list of applications are our typical customer requirements for calibration of process instrumentation:
